The location of the guesthouse is ideal for those who prefer a quiet area but still want easy access to the city center. It is well connected to public transport, with frequent buses that can take you to the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with pleasant decor. The hosts are friendly and accommodating, making you feel welcome and ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfasts are delicious and filling, giving you a good start to the day. it provides a great base for exploring the city.

This hotel really impressed me with its attention to detail. From the value for money to the prices of the rooms, everything was exceptional. I especially loved the modern bathrooms in the rooms, with some even offering a lovely view of the garden. The staff was friendly and the service was top-notch. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, which included vegetarian sausages - a pleasant surprise!

I recently stayed at a guest house in the south side of Edinburgh and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including a TV and kettle. The breakfast provided had a good variety and the free WiFi had great speed and coverage. The location was also convenient for me. I would highly recommend this guest house for its excellent value for money.
